Terms of Sale

*Last updated: July 2026*
1. General
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases, commissions, and transactions made through the Mykyta Tadyka website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Handmade Instruments
Every instrument is individually designed, built, and finished by hand.
Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations in wood grain, color, figure, finish, and other natural characteristics are expected and should not be considered defects.
Each instrument is unique.
3. Custom Orders
Custom commissions are built according to specifications agreed upon between the customer and Mykyta Tadyka.
Once production has begun, changes to the agreed specifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will retain the agreed price unless both parties agree otherwise.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated where required.
5. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins on a custom instrument.
The deposit secures your place in the production schedule and covers design, planning, and material preparation.
6. Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified during the ordering process.7. Shipping
Instruments are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
8. Warranty
Every instrument is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
* normal wear;* accidental damage;* misuse or neglect;* unauthorized modifications or repairs;* damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions.
Warranty claims are assessed individually.
9. Returns
Because each custom instrument is built specifically for an individual customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable unless required by applicable law or in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.
Standard products, if offered, may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, drawings, texts, videos, trademarks, and other content published on this website remain the intellectual property of Mykyta Tadyka unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mykyta Tadyka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any instrument or the inability to use it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the registered business operating this website.
Where required by law, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
